Accommodation

Accommodation: Single and double rooms with single occupancy (category ***)
Associated hotel Vyhlidka (50 m away) ** – student accommodation.

Catering: Full board (breakfast – buffet, lunch and dinner – choice from 5 meals, one vegetarian), all inclusive (i.e. soft drinks included), coffee and snack breaks

Other facilities: WiFi, various sport equipment including tennis and volleyball, billiard, bar, wellness at place on request, pre and post conference stay possible on request.

Conference Fee

All inclusive (accomodation with full board, book of abstracts, wellcome party, conference dinner, conference trip, other social facilities) 440 EUR for regular participants and 280 EUR for students and accompaning persons. Payment after February 28th 500 EUR (330 EUR for students and accompaning persons). The accompaning person's fee includes all the conference facilities except book of abstracts. They will have also no extra room for accomodation.

Student Subsidy

A limited number of young participants, preferentially from low currency countries, will be supported financially. The necessary conditions to obtain a special subsidy are:

  1. Submission of a paper
  2. Post-graduate/PhD students (or PhD degree just recently obtained).

Depending on the total sponsorship, the registration fee could be partially or totally reduced. The contribution will be assigned by the organizing committee on an individual basis. Eligible students wishing to apply are requested to apply for this subsidy when they register. In addition to the normal registration, the following information is required.

  1. Personal information (scientific education, publication list);
  2. A letter of recommendation written by their supervisor.

Applications which are received before 10th January 2009 will be considered by the organizing committee; information on acceptance will be communicated by 31st January 2009.
